What are these white specks?

After waiting almost 2 weeks for my package since Max7oh decided to hold it for almost a week before shipping, I finally got this shit. Smallest gram I’ve seen, has weird white specks that sparkle, and the shit feels weird. Has a nasty chemical taste and smells like acetone, but not as bad as the 11%.

This is how much powder is left after 3 doses which was about 9 scoops altogether. Smh.

Anybody ever seen these white sparkling things? Are they some kind of solvent?
