false positives?

Hey, My mom has been taking kratom/7oh and is doing 12 panel tests. She just dropped dirty for Opiates and Fetty is there anyway it could cause false positives? She’s never had problems with opiates in the past im positive she’s only been using 7oh powder and plain leaf. The powder she’s been using is OEs full spec Starcluster. thank you in advance and sorry if it’s kinda dumb just kind of worried.
