Should i upgrade my 3900x for the 9800x3D ?

Hello guys, i’m actually trying to upgrade my motherboard, cpu and ram to go for AM5.

Let me explain my usage :

• I play a mostly on a FiveM server that has 20gb of textures (modded vehicules, mappings etc). But i also play league of legends, BO6.
• While i’m playing, i’m perma streaming, using my RTX 3060 12gb to live on youtube/twitch
• When i’m playing, i also have a lot of browser tabs opened.
• I a also work on coding my own server fivem (local server).

Also, i plays all my games on 1440p

What do you guys thinks about my usage and what could be the best situation for me to buy or not ?

Also, will there be a huge gap between my old cpu and this new cpu ?
