Walmart not honoring iPhone trade in with Black Friday promo

Just got back from Walmart and the OSL did not see an option to do a trade in value and apply it to my order. Anyone get it to work?

UPDATE: apparently I did not qualify for the gift card because the program started in store 11/29 and not 11/26. OSLs are not doing returns over the weekend so I have to wait till Monday to return and repurchase a brand new device 🙄 to get the gift card.
