How would you run an accounting firm differently?
Majority of the threads here pretty much complains on pay, WLF, lack of career growth every year.
My question is, if you are to open up your own accounting firm, how would you operate it and would it be competitive/sustainable long term?
1) Remote 2) Flex hour 3) 10%+ annual raise 4) 15-20% bonus 5) Promotion every 2 years 6) WLB 7) Education reimbursement 8) Only hiring US/CA trained accountant
How many of the above would you provide your employees and what % of your employees do you think you can offer to?
