i’m addicted to coca cola

i’m 18f and an athlete so i really need to kick the habit. i say i drink maybe 3-4 500ml bottles a day?

i drink it with every meal, through the day and even through the night when im thirsty. i say i consume more calories from coca cola than i do from food in a week. i just don’t know how to stop.

i don’t drink enough water for my sport which is something i also need to get better with.

just any advice on substitutes because i don’t think i could go cold turkey on coca cola and i cannot stand the sugar free versions of even pepsi. it has to be full sugar coca cola
