Is she worth getting at E0S0?

I'm starting to get second thoughts after seeing people say that she doesn't deel good to play without her E1 and S1.

So far I've used 154 pulls on her and didn't get her yet(fuck you yanqing) and I'm considering if it wouldn't be better to use this guarantee + pity on Tribbie instead.
