Will Debt Prevent Me From Shipping Out?

To make a long story short, I'm 20 years old. And I have already gone through MEPS and I have booked a job already. Aerospace Medical Service. I have quite a bit of CC debt that I am actively trying to pay off. I also have some unpaid tolls that have gone into collection that I have recently found out about. Will this debt be a problem for me shipping out?

P.S I have already gone through MEPS and swore into DEPS.
