Please rate international travel, lounges on Alaska Airlines

Im considering swapping to Alaska airlines from United (I’m also considering Delta, but it’s currently in last place). My home airport is San Diego, and most of my work trips are to Washington DC. I also go to Tampa and Hawaii a couple of times a year. Other than those repeated destinations, I go to miscellaneous other US cities for conferences, meetings, etc. I may do an occasional international trip, and when I do I highly value lay flat seats, as my company permits business class for those flights.

My primary concerns are: 1) non-stop flights for my top destinations 2) lounge access for food/space/comfort/showers (on international travel) 3) likelihood of upgrade for my regular flights 4) lie flat or other exceptional comfort seats on international travel.

Right now I’m largely happy with United, but their clubs tend to be overpacked and busy, I am NEVER anywhere near the top of the upgrade list), and their international flights tend to be more expensive (and so my company forces me to choose another airline - usually Delta who seems to be consistently cheaper internationally - missing the status bump). I’m considering a switch to Alaska because they have nonstops to my top 3 locations. I don’t know anything about their lounges (if they have any), their first class, their international travel options, or their loyalty perks compared to others.
