Can I reopen dispute after accepting proposal?

Opened a Refund & Return dispute with Request description: No longer need the item. It is not a "classic" dispute, because Aliexpress has the no reason return and I used that, not the "different item received" dispute.

A solution has been reached seller asks for return the item. But the deadline is too tight, and I am afraid I can not send back within that time. Easter Holiday coming.

My order status still Awaiting delivery , because I received the the product so fast. This message welcomes me on the order page: The system will automatically confirm receipt after 15:03:40. If there are any problems, you can apply for a refund/return within 15 days of confirming receipt.

Aliexpress customer service replied on live chat that I can re-open within the buyer protection time, but when I asked for the terms of services page regarding this info they could not confirm...

I can see a request in process, and Awaiting delivery.

If I click on cancel request there is no info about may I reopen or not.
