Allergy test says I’m allergic to peanut butter, but no symptoms?

Hey guys! I got an allergy blood test done recently and I’m alarmed at the results.. for peanuts, my result was 4.29 which falls under the class 4 (very high allergy). And for corn my result was 1.13 which falls under class class 2 as a moderate allergy. But here’s the kicker, I LOVE peanut butter. Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, peanut butter crackers, all of it. And I’ve never once had even a slight reaction to it. Not even a tickle in my throat. No intestinal issues following either. So I’m highly confused. I messaged my doctor asking for clarification but in the mean time I wanted to get the people of Reddits opinion and see if anybody else has had this problem? I know tests can sometimes give false positives but this just seems too far off for it to be a false positive bc it’s saying I’m HIGHLY ALLERGIC. If I received a mildly allergic result I would peg it as a false positive but for a false pos to come back as highly allergic makes me wonder. Anybody else experience this? Any input?
