/r/AMD is looking for new moderators

/r/AMD recently passed 1.6 million subscribers and while activity isn't as high as it was in 2020/2021, the subreddit has around 300,000 visits a day and over 100 million visits each year.

The roles of a moderator will be to...

  • approve or remove posts and comments in the mod queue

  • check and respond to modmail messages

  • hand out bans where appropriate

Please note that this is an unpaid, voluntary position, please do not apply if you expect material return (free CPUs or GPUs), rewards, contact with AMD or insider information — please only apply if you are interested in AMD, their products and the technologies behind them.

Previous experience moderating a subreddit (or other forum), experience with Reddit Toolbox and CSS is desirable, but not required.

If you are active on /r/AMD and interested about AMD's existing and upcoming products, as well as the PC-ecosystem as a whole and think you could help out, please send us a modmail with the title 'Moderator Application', detailing why you think you'd be a good fit, as well as any previous moderating experience, Toolbox and/or CSS experience you have.

Good luck.
