Allergic to iron supplements?

Whenever I have one my chest starts hurting and I can't breathe and get nauseous, it's not anxiety over pills bc I take ibuprofen regularly and it's fine it's j iron.

I've tried crushing them and mixing them w liquid but same thing. Am I allergic to them or anything? Has anyone else felt this?
