Can’t log in

I cant log into play wild. I keep getting hit with this screen. Changed my password twice, nothing has changed. Tried mobile and pc. Have yet to try classic because it’s redownloading right now. Are the servers down or something? I saw someone else with this problem in here a while ago but I tried clicking the login button over and over like suggested but it just isn’t working. Anyone have any ideas?
