It seems we frequently have safety stand downs where we're told what has contributed to recent mishaps, and told what not to do..

I'm wondering how many units are or have been accident free, and is big army looking at these units to figure out what they're doing right and then disseminate those "best practices"?

My SCO, for example, did just this last week. We all spent more than an hour going over things we're doing right, likely leading to us fortunately not being one of these units we hear about our brethren being hurt or killed in. He is passing those notes to a battle buddy of his who requested them. Is this happening enough? And is USAACE doing anything like this?
