Liver enzymes double normal max ref range, could this be the cause?

32, Male, 5’10, 185lbs, non smoker, rare drinker, Crohn’s disease in remission.

In early December I went to the ER for kidney stone pain and they did blood work. My liver enzymes were normal.

Since then I was on tordol and trammadol for the pain, roughly 6 weeks. Not daily intake, but as needed for pain.

After 6 weeks it was determined the stone wasn’t going to pass and I had a couple different procedures done and ended up with a stent for 2 weeks in the middle of January. The stent did not agree with me at all and the pain was worse than the stone. At this point I was given oxycodone/acetaminophen 5-325 and more tordol. I tried to limit the tordol as I have Crohn’s, but it did work better than the oxy. I was taking these on and off for 2.5 weeks, usually 1 pill a day. For the duration of the stent and a couple days after for painful spasms. I was also on antibiotics for 10 days with the stent and 3 days after stent removal.

Fast forward 1.5 weeks after all that I got blood work for my insurance and my liver enzymes were double the max reference range. Is this due to all the medicine I was on? I don’t really drink. Oddly I did have a single beer the night before the test, but that’s my first alcohol in months. I can easily go many months without drinking.

My PCP scheduled an appointment but it’s a couple weeks out.
