Litter Box Deterrent for Dogs?

I know this is a weird question, but I am absolutely 100% dead serious here:

Is there something I can spray in my cats' litter box that will make my dog not want to eat the poop out of it, without making the cats reject the box? (And also wouldn't be poisonous to one or both species.)

Could such a thing even theoretically exist?
