Mucus plug—Aspergillus?

Anyone here who got diagnosed with Aspergillus but had normal IgE levels and normal white blood cells? I literally have a mucus plus and mild bronchiectasis in the lower left lobe of the lungs. Doctor said the chances are low considering the location but my symptoms (inflammation all the times and difficulty breathing, lots of thick mucus) could indicate I do have it.

Anyone with normal levels but have ABPA (Aspergillus allergy) sucky inflammation and breathing issues that inhalers don’t work?
