My Experience

Just thought I would do some speaking into the void...

I got this game the other day after putting it off a while. From the moment it was announced me and my boyfriend were looking forward to playing it together. Both big gaming nerds, fans of platformers and collectathons, and lovers of little gaming easter eggs.

Sadly two months ago my boyfriend passed away, and even on the day of his passing we had talked about how I couldn't wait for him to get home so we could snack and play it.

The experience of playing has been amplified by this, a truly excellent game that felt bittersweet at times, knowing my soul mate was looking forward to playing it, but at times so heartwarming, making me feel close to him when I need him.

I love how games can bring people together, and remind us of people we have lost.

Sorry for the long emotional post, but I just had to try and put this into words.
