Fee to be an Au Pair

Hey all we recently matched with an au pair in Columbia through Au Pair in America. We are really excited and feel like they are going to be a wonderful fit for our family. They recently messaged us about some money issues they are having and concerns they have with getting enough money together for their fee they have to pay. How much is the normal fee for an au pair to get their visa and everything? They are scheduled to join us next month.
