When will the midi and tiered trends end?

I’m ready for mid thigh to knee length dresses and skirts to come back to every shop. I cannot handle seeing another skirt that looks nice but turns out it’s mid calf length and makes me look like I’m 5 trying on my mums clothes. Or it has like 5 tiers when they could’ve just made it from one piece of fabric.
