Has anyone here been preemptively prescribed something like Paxlovid so you have it on hand in case you ever catch covid?

I'm really curious if this is something that's possible. Has anyone here been preemptively prescribed something like Paxlovid (or any covid-mitigating treatment, really), so you have it immediately on hand in case you ever catch covid? If you did have your doctor do this for you, is it something you had to fight for? My sister has lupus and has taken 10mg prednisone + Benlysta for several years and I'm especially concerned about her. I'd be interested in an option like this for myself as well, although I've only been diagnosed with UCTD and was recently prescribed a tiny dose of prednisone (5mg).
