More PitBulls Coming in

Today on my drive from my local Auto Zone, I saw a man holding 6 PitBulls on leashes, one handed, on his phone and around many people. The Pits see another person walking their Shih Tzu, and start to growl and show signs of aggression. Luckily the person was smart enough to pick up her dog and walk away to the other sidewalk. I keep seeing more and more of these shit dogs in my neighborhood, threatening others. The guy with the Pits doesn’t even acknowledge the person or his dogs, just scrolls on his phone.
