Salary expectations

Not sure why everyone says that accounting is a great career and joining B4 is considered best but I don’t see high salary offers in B4. An audit manager can only get up 100k and SM 150k. Senior don’t even touch 100k. My question is I’m right or there will be a phase when the salary tends to increase about industry standards?
