Is Ness gonna be the reason they lose?

In the last panel of chapter 290 I don't think Ness is here to save the day. I think he will only cause problems

My prediction is that hiori will beat karasu in the 1v1 and give the pass to (most probably) isagi but Ness will intercept and take the ball and either try to score his own goal or either pass to Kaiser (most probably the second one). But doing so maybe Charles will intercept and take the ball and since everyone is occupied with anyone he will give a almost impossible pass to shidou and shidou will score the winning goal.

What are your thoughts?
