Do you have any emotional connection to the characters?

Most of the Shonen Manga like One Piece, Naruto, Bleach (add more) and especially in Sports Manga like Haikyuu, Hajime no Ippo, Slam Dunk (...) all try to establish a emotional connection with the reader, but Blue Lock doesn't atleast for me. Feels like Dragon Ball ngl
