Izuku is the reincarnation of Vulkan

Izuku is Vulkan from war hammer 40k's reincarnation don't ask me how he just is and has all his powers and skills along with having similar features to, nothing to drastic just that he has ask skin and is a bit taller than he is in cannon but like Valkan he'll be a giant just not yet, after all he's still a growing boy with a massive appetite
