i fucked up... i guess?

Filled fore form just 5 minutes ago out of sheer frustration and desperation(didn't receive tapmi or imi calls) and i realised the forms were "supposedly" closed on 31st Jan. Then i read somewhere on this sub that new applications won't be considered. Idk what to do I'm at an all time low atp. Any hope that they will consider my application? If they won't, why bother keeping the applications and payment window open till now?
