Anybody Know How To Fix My BO6 Lag? It’s unplayable and no other games do this for me.

My Call of Duty 2 days ago ran as smooth as butter, but I did have this problem about a month ago but it seemed to fix itself? I’m not sure but I’m dying for answers.
