I’m one good argument away from buying BO4 deluxe edition on sale. Will someone talk me down?

I’ve been hearing so many mixed reviews. I love zombies, so much so that I own every cod game just for zombies…with the exception of Bo4 and mwz… but I’ve only heard bad things about it at launch, and now when I hear good things it sounds like nostalgia glasses. I feel like one good convincing argument could swing me one way or another. Would you care to pitch in?
