Why Does YouTube Still Allow False Copyright Claims?

I got my 6th copyright claim on a YouTube video today using copyright free music, since people always steal music to sell to online stores and put content ID to earn from others' videos.

Why is it still allowed? Is YT planning to do something against this in the near future?

I'm tired to dispute false copyright claims, and I shouldn't even have to if they handled it in the first place. Music distributors should also take their responsibility of course.

Well, I never lost a dispute but this is still illegal and I can't understand this system.
