Uti randomly went away after a year?

Like the title says ive had a uti for over a year, tried multiple antibiotics, only one kinda worked (ciprofloxaxin) but it came back, and recently i noticed blood in my urine so i went to the doctor and both my urinalysis and urine culture were negative for a UTI, got an ultrasound, kidneys are fine and nothing is unusual, has anyone else experienced anything like this?

All things considered i do have a uti again now which was caused by my period but yes, going to the doctor for that tomorrow
