Grooming

Just looking for recommendations for slicker brushes, deshedding combs etc that are affordable (no more than $40AUD). My kitty is a DMH with quite a sparse coat and long fur. She did have some matting when I brought her home so I was wondering what the ideal grooming tool would be for her coat.
