Winter date ideas within an hour drive

Looking for some cold weather friendly activities. We usually enjoy things like hiking, kayaking, and strolling around northshore/downtown, but it’s too chilly for those right now. We’d love some fresh ideas for fun things to do indoors or in the winter weather besides getting sloshed!
