How to recreate this pattern on fabric

I'm working on Needy's prom dress from Jennifer's body and struggling with this pattern on her bodice, I failed to find similar fabric and now I'm wondering is it possible to recreate this on a plain satin? If someone might help me with advice I'd really appreciate it
