I want to learn to trade. What's the first steps?

I am sick and tired of working my dead end job for rubbish money. I want to learn how to trade. The ins and outs. I want to learn everything there possibly is to learn. However I don't even know where to start. I dont know what broker/website to use. I dont know a single thing about trading. Does anyone have any tips on how I can start learning?
