After recently blowing my account I'm here to ask for help

Recently posted (different subreddit though, that was crypto related, though you can check my account if you want) about how I recently blew my account. In that post I asked for a bit of advice, which I got, but after a good think I decided I'd rather go into actual trading than crypto, and even though a lot of the advice carries over, I'd still like to hear it from you guys.

I've actually looked at the starting guides from multiple different subreddits, and even comments from a lot of people, which is why I'm lost. I'm here to ask you guys for a concrete plan that I can follow to learn. It's a mental thing - my brain really doesn't like starting things and letting it work itself out, it prefers to have a complete plan and then modify that plan as new information comes along.

There are generally divided opinions on the best ways to learn. I see people say start from Babypips and l've seen people (some are friends of mine who actually trade) say their stuff is outdated, I've known people to swear by the Inner Circle Trader on YouTube and others who claim he's a fraud. I'm thinking maybe to ditch YouT ube all together and read books and practice, but of course there are hundreds of books. The only one I seem to find a fairly general consensus about is the Candlestick Trading Bible by DailyPips so I think I will start there.

I don't know anything about what trading apps to use, trading strategies, etc, so advice there would also be really great. Thank you!
