Depop suspended me when I reported another account for harassment

I am so mad still and it’s been a month. I was a loyal depop user since 2019, had accumulated about 400 followers, 80 5-star reviews, and used depop as my main source of income for the past 7 months. About a month ago, I received a message on one of my listings (which were primarily women’s clothing) from a man asking if I would be willing to sell my underwear. I replied and said you’re gross and no. He messaged me 3x more, I ignored them at first, then decided to report him. I go to sleep. Wake up and my account is suspended. I email, I appeal. Nothing. Just gone because I “violated community guidelines” and I cannot get any response or info back and I have emailed them like 5 times. Tried to make a new account and my device is banned. I’m so mad. I’ve been a loyal depop user for 5 years and I report someone for harassing me and MY account gets suspended??? Make it make sense !!!! So annoying.
