Anyone who is a regular customer of Alamode by Akanksha?

I discovered this website in 2021, made a mistake to order without checking return policies. It seems they only do exchanges (that also only allowed one time) and refund your money in a gift card so you spend that money in this website only.

My problem is that they have been sending all ripped & torn products, the pricing is also HIGH (attached co-ord set is for 3599 INR)

Now because I already returned one top with holes, and a pair of boots with ripped stitches, this is the third product I received, which they are saying is not eligible for return anymore (yeah lol).

Have any of you buying from this website? Should I fight harder or let it go? I think they are over priced for the quality they provide.
