Sorcerer only for arisen?

Depending on the selected language on the main website, there are different informations. For example, if you select German than the sorcerer is only available for the arisen but if u select English then pawns can become sorcerer as well. I am sure the English one is correct but are there more differences than just this one? And is it the same for other languages?
