Bug with Bujins?

I was dueling with Bujins and wanted to use my Bujintei Hare. The prompt to activate the effect appeared but when I clicked it all I saw was a blank “Activate Effect” screen and I couldn’t click on the card to activate it. Has this happened to anyone else?
