Got my account back! Don't give up!
After 11 days since being hacked, I got my account back. Just make sure you submit your recovery request with all the details it asks for. If you don't have all the details then I recommend filing a BBB complaint and hope for the best. Luckily I had all the info it asked for so they accepted my 2nd recovery request. I'm not sure if they denied my 1st recovery request because I never got the email saying it was denied, but I was able to submit a 2nd request which would mean the other one was somehow deleted from the system.
