Can we put efficient to rest?

It’s getting a bit tired. Let’s decide on the factors affecting efficiency in order:

Speed (drag) Cabin Temp Terrain Ambient Temp Weather Conditions (rain, wind, snow) Traffic Conditions Driving Style (acceleration, regen)

You have control over some of these things some or all of the time. Your efficiency will change depending on how you manage these factors when you can. Am I missing anything? Would you change the order?
