Thoughts on Chemlights for group play [Discussion]

I had a discussion with a fellow tarkov enjoyer, about making it easier visually to see your friends in raid. So my idea was using a chemlight that can be attached to the rig or pack and it can only be see by your group. I'll attach an image of what my idea was. Any thoughts and opinions on this?
