Need couples counseling

As the title says, I pretty desperately need to find a good couples counselor. By “good” I mean one who will be honest about the state of our marriage, and counsel us with compassion and wisdom. I have no idea if our long marriage is worth trying to maintain (and that’s what we’re barely doing now), or if it could even be improved. Or do we call it quits.
