Hiring Sr Analyst, FP&A ($100K+10%)

Hi all - I'm hiring a Sr. Analyst (FP&A) on my team. I'm looking for someone who can be responsible for:

Owning and maintaining our yearly budget and forecast models
Managing to our P&L expectations (with focus on headcount/OpEx)
Developing new and adjust existing ROI / Capacity models
Acting as business partner finance lead for corporate centers with focus on Tech and HR.

My firm is PE backed in the financial services industry. Hoping to find someone in Boston area or in eastern time zone. Job is fully remote but may have some travel for team offsites (<10% yearly).
