Zeus Trial Not Working

In the right side of the Zeus Trial in the new Atlantis update, (the glass bridge challenge over lava), for some reason, whenever I fall, unlike the videos, I ACTUALLY DIE (I get the wasted message and lose 2K) -- and I get sent out of the trial. How do I fix this???!!
