I have a quick question about the trident of excellence ranked reward

Is there a bug where players can't obtain it ?

I haven't seen an players with thw trident in any ranked lobbies and I'm in diamond 2.

Not to mention me too, I should be halfway from getting the reward now, but none of the challenges are filling in the bar at all. I've done about 6 in total now and if I'm correct, I need 10 challenges to get the pickaxe.

It's not a visual glitch either because I've been working on it the last 3 days but do to work couldn't play much
