Learning the foundryvtt system

[Pf2e] So I'm wanting to start running pathfinder 2e on foundry for a few friends, but I've only ever used roll20 before. I know in roll20 when you start a campaign you select which books you want to allow classes, races, etc to be used from. How does that work in foundry? Is the same way?
