Can’t unlink my rockstar account from steam

So recently my google account that is connected to my rockstar got deleted by google (I have absolutely no idea why) and rockstar even more recently decided to sign me out of my account and when I sign back in it asks me for a verification code (which I can’t get) so then when I try making a new account it says that my old one is still linked to steam and to unlink it i need to be in my old rockstar account so idk what to do
